Shipping and delivery

We send parcels with DHL and larger or heavy goods by freight via Cargoboard. Available delivery methods depend on delivery country, goods, weight and dimensions.

Charges and destinations

Selectable delivery countries and specific charges are displayed in the shop and before you place an order. Your confirmed delivery address is authoritative. Deliveries outside the European Union may incur import duties or fees unless expressly included in the order total. Relevant information is provided before ordering.

Delivery times and freight

Applicable delivery times are shown with the item and during ordering. For advance bank transfer, dispatch follows receipt of payment. Freight deliveries are subject to the specified delivery location, access and any scheduling arrangements. Assembly or placement at a particular installation location is included only if expressly agreed.

The dispatch confirmation informs you about handover to the carrier. Tracking details are supplied where available.

Damage and returns

Please help us investigate visible transit damage by contacting us promptly and providing photos if possible. This is not a prerequisite for consumers’ statutory rights. See our Withdrawal information for returns and their costs. Defective goods remain subject to statutory defect rights.
