Payment

You may use the methods offered for your order at checkout, including advance bank transfer, PayPal and payment methods available through Stripe. Availability depends in part on delivery country, currency and the requirements of the method concerned.

PayPal and payments through Stripe

Mere authorisation or reservation is neither collection nor acceptance of your order. Depending on the method, a reservation may temporarily reduce your available card or account balance. When we initiate actual collection, we accept your order unless it has already been accepted by express order acceptance or a delivery/dispatch confirmation. Some methods may collect immediately.

Your agreement with your payment provider also applies to processing. Enter sensitive payment details only in the designated payment form.

Advance bank transfer

After reviewing the order, we send express acceptance with bank details and the payment reference. Unless otherwise agreed, please pay within seven calendar days after receipt. Dispatch follows payment. The automatic acknowledgement of receipt alone is not a request for payment.

Currency and refunds

The billing currency and final order total apply. Indicative values in other currencies are for guidance. Refunds follow statutory requirements, generally using the original payment method. See our Terms and Conditions and Withdrawal information.
