Configure your Quicke SM+ heavy material bucket
Choose one of six sizes: 160, 180, 200, 220, 240 or 260 cm. Working widths range from 1580 to 2580 mm. Struck capacity is 0.60–1.00 m³; heaped capacity is 0.76–1.26 m³. All models are 760 mm high with a working depth of 890 mm.
Factory EURO or configurable BOH M16 mounting
The EURO version is a complete base bucket with factory EURO mounting. Choose No mounting to order the BOH M16 bucket without a hook set, or Configure hook set to select exactly one hook set approved for the chosen size. These are distinct base products. A factory EURO bucket does not require an additional EURO hook set.
Select a compatible hook set
After selecting the size, choose the matching machine interface from the approved hook sets. Systems include Manitou, JCB, Weidemann and Kramer. A size change removes any incompatible hook set and requires a new mounting decision: No mounting, factory EURO or Configure hook set.
Cutting and wear equipment
The standard cutting edge is included. Alternatively select an HB500, serrated or plastic reversible edge, or teeth with scraper. Select one setup per bucket. Plastic edges are available for sizes 180–260. The standard edge measures 150 × 18 mm for sizes 160–220 and 200 × 18 mm for 240/260, with a stated hardness of 500 HB.
Additional equipment
Plugs are used only with the standard cutting edge. Edge guards are available with teeth and scraper: version 120–220 for SM+ 160–220, version 220–295 for SM+ 240/260. Spill guard M is available for every size; L–XL starts at size 180. Choose one spill guard, which can be combined with the permitted cutting setups.
Dimensions and assembly
Overall depth is 990 mm for EURO and 925 mm for BOH M16. EURO base weights range from 229 to 386 kg, BOH base weights from 235 to 392 kg. Added equipment increases the total weight.
Choose No mounting, factory EURO or Configure hook set directly in the Mounting step. Accessory assembly is available whenever accessories are selected, independently of choosing no mounting, EURO or a hook set. Hook assembly requires a selected hook set; combined assembly additionally requires selected accessories.
