Configure a Quicke SXL+ heavy material bucket for your wheel loader
The Quicke SXL+ is designed for heavy materials such as gravel, soil, stones, rubble and sand. It combines a heavy-duty bucket with bolt-on BOH M24 hook sets. Choose SXL+ 275 or 295, then select mounting, cutting equipment and accessories for your application.
Compare width, capacity and weight
Model names differ from actual working widths: SXL+ 275 is 2710 mm wide and SXL+ 295 is 2910 mm wide. The larger version provides more volume and has a greater base weight.

Both buckets are 1290 mm deep and 1150 mm high, with a working depth of 1170 mm. Weights exclude additional hook sets and accessories. The included cutting edge measures 200 × 25 mm at a stated hardness of 500 HB.
Recommended loader class
Quicke positions SXL+ for loaders with 4.5–10 t lift capacity. This is a loader-class recommendation, not a specified bucket payload. The DIY hook set has a separate maximum loader lift capacity of 8 t. Suitability depends on the actual machine, mounting and implement combination.
BOH M24: no mounting or one compatible hook set
The base bucket can be purchased without a hook set. Explicitly select No mounting, or choose Configure hook set to add one of the 19 approved M24 hook sets. Bolt-on mounting allows the hook set to be exchanged for another approved interface.
Documented systems include JCB Q-fit, Manitou MLT, Merlo, Claas Scorpion and Volvo BM. Check the exact quick-change frame on your machine. EURO mounting is not offered in this SXL+ catalogue. Every listed hook set is approved for both sizes.
Standard edge, HB500 edge or bucket teeth
The standard cutting edge is included. Alternatively choose a three-piece HB500 reversible cutting edge measuring 250 × 25 mm or matching bucket teeth. These are alternative setups. Changing from 275 to 295 retains the setup and maps it to the correct size-specific part number.
Accessories
- Scraper plugs: 30 pieces, 23.4 mm diameter, only with the standard cutting edge and without a bolted edge or teeth.
- Edge guard 220–295: requires bucket teeth and is available for both sizes.
- L–XL spill guard: available for both sizes independently of the cutting setup.
Assembly and order contents
Selected accessories can be preassembled even without a hook set. With a hook selected, choose hook assembly or, if accessories are also selected, combined assembly. No assembly is also available. At most one assembly service is charged.
